Terry Leads T. Rowe in Honor

If you knew belated Moveable Feast board member Rob Hoehn, you knew he was a champion and cheerleader for everybody he met. His generosity rippled across the Baltimore community and beyond during his time here, an effect we continue to see today.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors at Moveable Feast, Rob was an employee at T. Rowe Price and was responsible for forming the T. Rowe Ride for the Feast team over 10 years ago. An interview with the current T. Rowe Team Captain, Board Member, and RFTF Committee co-chair Terry Wallace revealed that Rob Hoehn was the one who inspired Terry to join the ride eight years ago.

"I wanted to honor my brother, who faced many health complications, being both blind and deaf. It prevented him from being fully mobile and active. Rob encouraged me to do something ride and raise funds for community members similarly impacted by health challenges. Now, team T. Rowe rides in honor of Rob Hoehn and all of the support he gave to so many people over the years."

Terry has some advice for first-time riders: "Remember to drink water and eat, even if you do not feel like it! Enjoy the ride and make friends along the way. The day is what you make it to be. The people biking and volunteering are supportive and there for you!"
