Usually restaurants are willing to contribute around 20% of sales on a particular night, especially a night that's typically a bit slow because a fundraiser will bring more people in - a win, win! Facebook is another great way to appeal to your family and friends. Host a FB fundraiser and encourage friends to share the event even if they can't donate to increase the amount of people who can contribute to your effort.
